At Achieve Lifestyle, we offer a great range of aerobic, dance, relaxation and specialist classes for all ages and abilities
 
Our Group Exercise Classes are not just about burning calories, we hope you will have a great time, improve your fitness levels and meet new friends.
 
All classes are led by experienced and motivated instructors who will help advise you on how to achieve your own fitness goals. If you are attending a class for the first time or you have any questions, please arrive a few minutes early and speak to the instructor.

Class Guidance
 
 
  • To guarantee your class place, please ensure you collect your class pass from reception at least 5 minutes prior to the advertised start time. After this time any spare places will be allocated to participants on the waiting list.

     

  • Please wear clothing & footwear appropriate to the class type - and don't forget your water bottle & sweat towel!

     

  • All resistance / weight based classes have a minimum age of 16 years.

     

  • Juniors aged 12-15 years may participate in low impact aerobic classes.

     

  • For spinning classes, participants must arrive 15 mins prior to class start time for bike set up.

Classes can be attended by members AND non-members

 

Members: classes can be booked up to 12 days in advance, depending on membership status.

Non-Members: Classes can be booked up to 7 days in advance. Payment is required at time of booking.
