Looking to participate in your first race or just boost that fitness. Whether you are a couch to 5K or a seasoned runner this class is tailored to your ability.

Spin Abs

30 minutes of cardiovascular training on the spinning bikes, followed by a 15 minute abs workout to improve core strength and tone your mid-section.
