Taught with dumbbells, resistance bands or body weight this class mixes strength and cardio into one. This the closest you can get to personal training in a group environment. Suitable for all levels.
A trampoline based class - but don't let the trampoline fool you, this is a tough full body workout hitting all the lower body muscle groups and will give your heart and lungs a tough workout.
Looking to improve your Running Fitness levels? Come and join this friendly group of like-minded people. Running Club is tailored for all abilities. Split seasonally, October-March involves a mix of Hill and Interval training, and April-September involves 3-4.5 mile runs. There are some opportunities to enter some races or fun events with the group.
