We are looking for dynamic individuals to provide Administrative support coupled with excellent Customer Service to work in our new and exciting Strength and Conditioning Gym in Addlestone.

Along with a high level of Customer Service, you must be confident and have the ability to communicate well with members and colleagues.


Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Administration support to the Sales Manager and Fitness Manager
  • Follow up of member appointments through telephone calls
  • Handling all incoming email and telephone enquiries
  • Handling all enquiries and bookings for parties and upselling where appropriate
  • New membership sales and upselling where applicable
  • Maintaining and providing high standards of cleanliness
  • Daily Banking


The role will be casual with regular hours and will involve shift work with a mixture of early starts/late finishes/weekends and Bank Holidays.


Salary: £7.05 - £8.00 per hour plus holiday pay
