The Circuit

The circuit includes rowing and 4 other exercises. To complete this, you'll need to undertake the circuit 4 times. The distances and timings are as follows:

 

Circuit 1

Row for 500 metres

Battle rope - 30 seconds

Deadlift Upright Row - 30 seconds

Push Ups - 30 seconds

Box Jumps - 30 seconds

 

Circuit 2

Row - for 400 metres

Battle rope - 30 seconds

Deadlift Upright Row - 30 seconds

Push Ups - 30 seconds

Box Jumps - 30 seconds

 

Circuit 3

Row for 300 metres

Battle rope - 30 seconds

Deadlift Upright Row - 30 seconds

Push Ups - 30 seconds

Box Jumps - 30 seconds

 

Circuit 4

Row for 200 metres

Battle rope - 30 seconds

Deadlift Upright Row - 30 seconds

Push Ups - 30 seconds

Box Jumps - 30 seconds

 

Finish!
