This week as part of a team challenge the gym team competed against each other in an AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) 6-minute workout.

 

Exercise 1

Knee Drive - 30 reps

Knee drives 30 reps

 

 

Exercise 2

Press up - 10 reps

Press ups 30 reps

 

Exercise 3

Body Weight Squat - 30 reps

 BW squats 30 reps

 

 

You have 6 minutes to do as many rounds as possible of this 3 exercise circuit. Staff averaged 6 – 8 rounds in 6 minutes. Try to beat us.
