Qualifications: FRYOG DIPLOMA (2004) and various CPD training yearly since 2005.
When/how did you become interested in fitness?
I always have been interested in fitness, but more particularly since discovering that I had a back condition which needed to be addressed with training and stretching.
How would you best describe your class experience and coaching style?
I try to ensure that everyone feels included and understands what they are doing and why they are doing it. i.e. what benefits are achieved from the practice of Yoga.
What do you love most about your job?
I love meeting new people and seeing the delight on their faces as they achieve either something with their body, i.e. touching their toes or with their mind i.e. able to relax and sleep better.
