When/how did you become interested in fitness?
I started my love for fitness 20 years ago, being a member in different gyms - that passion lead me to teaching and it is the best job I have ever had!
How would you best describe your class experience and coaching style?
Energy to the roof! I expect and I will lead people to give 100% during the class so that they come out with a feeling of achievement.
What do you love most about your job?
The contact with people and especially when they come to tell you that your class is helping them to make the changes that they are looking for.
